It's easy to believe relaxation involves zoning out in front of a TV at the end of a stressful day, or scrolling through social media feeds. But to discharge stress we need to ground in the body and activate our natural relaxation response, slowing our breathing and heart rate, lowering our blood pressure, bringing our body and mind back into balance. In this class we'll explore an array of tools to aid in this process.
